Customers pay a $24.95 MoneyGrid monthly maintenance fee for the service.

NDN Associates
There 2 types of NDN Independent Associates:

• Free Affiliates
• Independent Sales Representative (ISR)

Becoming an NDN Affiliate is FREE As an Affiliate, you earn a $30 Retail Reward for each customer you personally refer. Affiliates do not participate in other Nu Day Bonus Programs.

When an Affiliate refers 5 customers, they are automatically promoted to an Independent Sales Representative (ISR).

Becoming an NDN Independent Sales Representative (ISR) is simple:

• Accept the NDN ISR Agreement
• Maintaining your The MoneyGrid License Distribution Rights (LDR) by paying the $39.95 annual LDR fee.

ISRs participate in the Retail Reward Program, Customer Acquisition Bonuses and the Star Bonus Programs.

ISR Retail Reward Program
Purchase the Money Grid service at the wholesale price of $249.95. When you retail the service to a customer, you earn a $40 Retail Bonus. (If you purchase the service for yourself, you save $40)

ISR Customer Acquisition Bonuses
As an ISR, for each new Money Grid Account you personally refer, you also earn a $50 Customer Acquisition Bonus, regardless whether the service is sold at wholesale price or retail price. When your personally sponsored Affiliates retail the service you earn a $25 Customer Acquisition Bonus.

Star Bonus Programs
The Star Bonus Programs were established to encourage and reward ISRs that build team sales. The Star Bonus Program consists 2 parts:

• Star Group Volume Bonus (GVB), and
• Star Matching Bonus (SMB)

Star Bonuses are Group Volume (GV) based on initial orders and monthly sales which generate:

• 150 GV for each new Money Gird Service Account sold
• 20 GV for each monthly maintenance fee payment

1. Activate and maintain your business.
   
   Activate your business by generating a minimum of 150 initial GV (from a retail customers or personal usage) and maintain your Active Status by generating a minimum of 20 GV each month (from retail customers or personal usage)

   Now you are an Active ISR

2. Complete your Sales Team Initialization
   
   Each Active ISR builds two sales teams - one on the left, and one on the right of your business position, starting with your first 2 personally sponsored ISRs.
   
   When one of your personally sponsored ISR on your left sales team becomes an Active ISR, and one of your personally sponsored ISR on your right sales team becomes an Active ISR, you have completed the Sales Team Initialization.

   Now you are a 1 Star ISR

Star Group Volume Bonuses
All sales by your 2 sales teams generate Group Volume (GV) which accumulates to your corresponding left team GV or to your right team GV.

As a 1 Star, you earn 11% on your Lesser Side Group Volume (LSGV) each week. For example, your week GV ends with 2000 on the left, and 2800 on the right, your Group Volume Bonus (GVB) for that week is 2000 x 11% = $220 Group Volume Bonus.

Group Volume Bonuses start with a minimum of 300 LSBV, and are paid in 100 BV incremental thereafter. The remaining GV is carried forward to the next pay period.

For example, as a 1 Star your pay week ends with 2540 GV on the left, and 2800 GV on the right, your GVB for that week is 2,500 x 11% = $275. When a GVB is earned, the BV that generated the GVB is deducted from both sides. In this example, 2,500 is deducted from both the left and right sides, leaving a balance of 40 GV on the left and 300 GV on the right side which carries over to the next pay period.

Star Matching Bonuses
As a 1 Star you earn Star Matching Bonuses (MB) of 10% on the weekly Group Volume Bonuses earned by your Personally Sponsored ISRs.

There is no limit on how many personally sponsored ISRs you can earn Star Matching Bonuses from.

Advance to Higher Star Rankings
As a Star ISR, you achieve higher Star Ranking when you develop your personally sponsored Active ISRs into Stars, and expand your retail customer base. As you advance in higher Star rankings, you earn higher Group Volume Bonuses and Star Matching Bonuses.
